In your one-on-one sessions with Micaela, you’ll be guided to communicate in the language of the body. Together, you’ll begin the slow and gentle work of restoring your ability to inhabit your body in a way that feels safe, comfortable, connected and whole. Micaela’s approach in any given session is highly adaptable and responsive; she finds just the right entry point and technique to help you learn the parts of your system that had previously been mysterious and automatic, allowing for integration of mind, body and spirit. These sessions with Micaela are where personal insights and breakthroughs occur, allowing you to transform what you’ve learned into direct experience that supports your progress toward regulation and healing.
